These long enamel earrings feature a hand-drawn lined pattern. They were made using the sgraffito technique, where the line pattern was scratched through the white enamel to expose the gray enamel below.

These studs are kiln-fired, first with a layer of dark gray enamel followed by a layer of liquid white enamel, then the lined pattern was scratched out exposing the gray enamel beneath. Then they were kiln-fired another time at a toasty 1500°. The backs are enameled in dark gray. They are completed with sterling silver ear wires.
