San Francisco Open Studios Exhibition
SOMArts, San Francisco, CA

My "Piecing Together the Mysteries” necklace and earrings set was on display at the SOMArts Cultural Center as part of San Francisco Open Studios. This piece is one of my more ambitious statement necklaces to date featuring nine geometric enamel shapes hand-cut and pieced together to form the necklace. Alternating royal blue enamel color pools and hand-drawn crisscross patterns adorn the surface. While making this set I've been thinking about how we attempt to solve life's mysteries by piecing together experiences to form meaning.

FUSION: Collision / Integration
ACCI Gallery, Berkeley, CA

My series of Fan enamel earrings were included in an exhibition of work from the members of the Metal Arts Guild, Northern California Enamel Guild, and ACCI Gallery including jewelry and sculptural works that explore the boundaries, integration / collision, and diversity of Fusion. Following this exhibition I was invited to apply to join the ACCI gallery were I now sell my jewelry.
